Hey, my name is Tanita and I’m the Recruitment Manager at Caring Works, I’m in charge of the overall recruitment process and sales, making sure all my staff are working to a high quality standard and ensuring our clients’ needs are met. I truly believe that caring people make some of the best Healthcare assistants & Nurses so by only selecting the best of the best to go out and make a real difference to peoples lives is very rewarding and I love being part of that.
In my spare time if I’m not stood in the cold watching my son play football I’m spending time with my partner, son and my 2 step sons, we love going for long walks, as you can imagine having 3 boys they have a lot of energy to burn.

Hiya, my name is Serina and I’m the Head Trainer and Recruitment Consultant for Caring Works.
I started as a Care Assistant and worked my way up to Senior Carer, eventually becoming the Head Trainer. My passion for helping others grow has driven me to ensure that every staff member gets hands-on, comprehensive training. Having experienced the challenges and rewards of the job firsthand, I make sure our team is fully equipped to succeed.
I love making learning both engaging and fun, turning complex topics into something everyone can understand. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where every team member feels confident in their skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing walks with loved ones, which helps me recharge and stay connected to what matters most.
