Tanita Henshall
Recruitment Manager
Hey, my name is Tanita and I’m the Recruitment Manager at Caring Works, I’m in charge of the overall recruitment process and sales, making sure all my staff are working to a high quality standard and ensuring our clients’ needs are met. I truly believe that caring people make some of the best Healthcare assistants & Nurses so by only selecting the best of the best to go out and make a real difference to peoples lives is very rewarding and I love being part of that.
In my spare time if I’m not stood in the cold watching my son play football I’m spending time with my partner, son and my 2 step sons, we love going for long walks, as you can imagine having 3 boys they have a lot of energy to burn.
Caitlin York
Recruitment consultant
Hiya, my name is Caitlin and I’m the Recruitment Consultant for Caring Works. Within my role I pre-screen all applicants and make sure we have all the relevant documents on file. I also manage uploading bookings to our system and keeping track of staff profiles and sending them out to our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy socialising with my friends, I’m partial to a Jager bomb (or a few). I also love Sunday dinners at my nanas house and long walks with my Mum, Brother and our dog.
Tanya Meason
Training & Development Manager
Hi I’m Tanya. I am the accredited trainer for Caring Works. I deliver training days for our new workers, giving them essential training in safeguarding, first aid, moving & handling, infection control and much more. I ensure that all our workers can confidently provide quality care.
I have almost 10 years’ experience in the care industry, I have my NVQ level 2 & 3 in Health and Social Care and I am an accredited trainer. My passion is care and if I can instil that into our employees and new starters then they are getting the best training and advice we can offer.
I am a busy mum to two beautiful children, who take up a lot of my spare time; making them happy makes me happy!
Jessica Allen
Marketing Executive
My name is Jess and I’m the Marketing Executive at Caring Works. I look after the social media accounts, advertising, marketing materials and website content.
Before I started working at Caring Works I worked for a marketing agency which is where I learned all about building an online presence for businesses and earned my Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification. I also spent a number of years working in administration for a GP surgery so with my background knowledge of healthcare this role in Caring Works is perfect for me!
In my spare time I will usually be watching cute videos of puppies online or walking my crazy Springer Spaniel Beagle cross called Ben! I also love being creative, going to gym classes, baking cakes and you will always catch me snapping photos especially when I’m out for food.
