Recently, Serina achieved her Level 3 Award in Delivering Training – a huge milestone that reflects her dedication to raising the bar for care professionals. But her journey didn’t start here.

Meet Serina: From Carer to Head Trainer

Serina’s story is one of resilience, adaptability and passion for care. She began her career as a supervisor in Fair Fax Meadows, ensuring quality products. When COVID hit, everything changed and Serina stepped up.

She joined Nurse Plus, entering the world of agency healthcare and discovered her love for caring. From there, she moved into domiciliary care, bringing comfort and support to people in their homes.

Soon after, Serina joined Brookfields Nursing Home, where her commitment to growth shone through. She stepped into a senior role and completed her NVQ Level 3 qualification, solidifying her expertise in care.

Finally, Serina joined Caring Works and from day one, it’s been onwards and upwards. Today, she leads our training program with insight, empathy and a real understanding of what carers need to succeed.
